This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker. As we are committed to environmental protection, we have opted for reusable packaging. The tub is microwave and dishwasher safe and can be used in the fridge and freezer.

Water, sugar, egg yolk, candied fruit pieces 7% (melon cubes, lemon peel cubes, orange peel cubes, glucose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), skimmed milk powder, maize glucose syrup, cream, Kirsch 4.6%, concentred butter, orange flavoured Cognac, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (origin: rapeseed), stabilisers (carob and guar flour). Contains 1.2% alcohol by volume.
